In February 2023, I-ROAD Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Boston, USA, focusing on the research and development of next-generation intelligent networked and digital road traffic control equipment. The company has cooperated with organizations such as TRB, ATSSA, and ICTPA to better promote new technologies and services for traffic safety.
In November 2025, I-ROAD Technology established its R&D and sales center in Japan. Leveraging Kawasaki City’s internationally leading strengths in innovation and intelligent transportation, the company aims to develop a new generation of time- and space-based traffic digitization systems.
I-Road Technology specializing in the testing and manufacturing of factory-style intelligent, networked, and digitized road traffic signs and safety facilities.
As early as 2006, the founder of I-ROAD Technology assembled a team in Asia, established a factory for manufacturing traffic safety facilities, and conducted innovative research on the application of active luminescent traffic signs. These signs have been widely promoted and applied as demonstrations on more than thirty highways and in over one hundred cities.
I-Road Technology’s main business includes active illuminated signs, road traffic risk perception and warning information release facilities, speed feedback sign alarm devices, mobile construction zone sensing facilities, etc. The company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions, technology, products, and services for the global road traffic safety sector.

Miss Cassie Liu, CEO of I-ROAD Technology, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master’s degree from Northeastern University in the United States. Previously, she worked at the Boston Williams Law Firm and specializes in financial management, financial investment, and technology transfer.
The future belongs to the youth. The entrepreneurial team, all educated in the United States, have embraced the cause of traffic safety in their early twenties and have taken action. The company has hired senior professors and engineers from the United States, Canada, Japan, China, and Germany in the field of transportation engineering as strategic and technical advisors, continuously striving for innovation in road traffic application technology.
